Click the  tool
button on the Object toolbar to start to insert a balloon (text,
callout) into the canvas. When you select this tool, the properties
toolbar for balloon will appear. Select the balloon border's color by the
 tool. Select the balloon
background's color by the  tool.
Select the type of the balloon by click the tool button
between  and
 . The balloon may be a single
text, a note, or a callout with arrow. Check the
 tool button to add shadow to the
balloon.
After you set the initial properties of the balloon, click on the
canvas where you want the balloon to be placed, then a new balloon will
